What?

  • Search -  helping clients to identify appropriate properties to meet their sponsorship objectives

  • Selection – tailoring models including our Ipick tool, we help you to apply a non-subjective approach to how you select the sponsorships to make up your portfolio – ensuring that you are making consistent decisions on all opportunities with confidence that it is based on a process that has been agreed by key stakeholders internally

Proposals – Build & Review Service:

  • Build -  inputting into the type of content that sponsors want to see included in a proposal, and supplying the necessary information and intelligence to ensure that approaches to sponsors are in the right language

  • Review – once selection criteria have been developed, we help clients to review and filter proposals – to cut down on workload and offer an additional perspective

Valuation Service:

  • Using our unique NetWorth Property Valuation Tool, Onside can help to bring a logic for valuing your sponsorship that shows exactly what a sponsorship is worth to your business – helping you to know if the market value being proposed is in the right ballpark.

  • We will help you to arrive at the best price to be attached to a sponsorship, including the most appropriate combination of assets / rights you will need the sponsorship to deliver in an agreement that works for you.

Legal Contract Review & Development:

  • Working with legal partners of Onside, we can help you to gain an efficient independent review of sponsorship contracts that you are approached with, and where necessary work with you to create new contracts

  • Such reviews can be conducted at various levels to ensure content is providing you with strong rights in a format that will protect your business at this key stage in the overall process – and prepare the groundwork for a potential exit / end of contract scenario (premature or full-term!)

Rights Negotiation:

  • Once you have uncovered the value of a sponsorship to your business and have documented the rights and assets required to make a sponsorship work for you, Onside can support you in negotiating the final agreement – offering the knowledge and experience of working on many of Ireland’s largest sponsorship deals to ensure sponsors are well supported / represented on the buyers side of the table.

  • We can work with your marketing, sponsorship, legal or procurement team to help arrive at a final deal that is best for your business

  • We use our extensive knowledge of market prices coupled with an understanding of innovative ways of doing sponsorship deals to work with you to get good value (e.g. performance related deals)

Ideation – Activation Inspiration:

  • We regularly contribute to the Activation stages of sponsorship deployment – from participation in brand / multi-function teams formed across agencies to bring various channels together in the sponsorship activation process
